My background

  • Nearly two decades of experience in organizational development and culture change

  • Experience with startups and large national organizations

  • Certified SHRM-CP professional

  • Guided over 200 nonprofits through various phases of organizational change

  • Equity is centered in all aspects of work

Prior to establishing my consulting practice, I served as a Senior Consultant and Facilitator at The Spark Mill and as Senior Manager of Member Support at the National Network of Abortion Funds. I also worked with the Nonprofit Learning Point at the Richmond Community Foundation, experiences that continue to shape how I approach strategy, facilitation, and organizational development today.

Outside of work, I’m raising three kids, trying to keep up with my ever-growing reading list, and looking for any excuse to travel somewhere warm with a beautiful view.
